How quickly will you get back to me?

Usually the same day, often within a couple of hours. I'm a real person and I check my messages regularly.

Do I need to know what I want before contacting you?

Not at all. "Something isn't working" or "I don't know what I need" is a perfectly good starting point. That's exactly what I'm here for.

Do you work with people outside Shropshire?

Yes. Most things can be done remotely. I'm based in Wem but happy to help anyone in the UK.

What if I only need a small thing fixed?

Small is fine. The Quick Fix option starts at £120 for one specific issue.
